Who is up for dessert?
This galette is sweet and seasonal. The grapes add a different flavour profile that I’m sure you will all enjoy!

The Grape Galette { The Dough }
- 150 milliliter spelt flour
- 60 milliliter vegan butter
- 2 teaspoons cane sugar
- 2 teaspoons coconut milk
- 4 teaspoons cold water
- 1 optional pinch of salt
The Grape Galette { The Filling }
- 350 milliliter stone free grapes
- 2 tablespoons spelt flour
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- 2 teaspoons cane sugar
- 1 optional pinch of salt
The Grape Galette Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 390°F
- Combine butter and flour in a mixing bowl and stir well
- Add the rest of the dough ingredients, mix well and refrigerate for 15 minutes
- Cut grapes and combine with the rest of the filling ingredients / set aside
- Take out the dough, divide into 2 pieces and roll both out to a thin, circular shape
- Place half of the grape filling in the middle of each sheet of dough / leave the edge clear and fold it over
- Brush the dough with a bit of coconut milk and sprinkle with cane sugar
- Bake the galettes for 20 minutes / the edges should be slightly browned
- Enjoy with vegan ice cream, a hot cup of coffee or just as it is!
