These pancakes are everything you want and need in a pancake. They are moist, they are fluffy, they are so flavorful, they will fulfill your dreams, they will inspire you, they will make you feel loved and they will definitely be the wind beneath your wings.
The Pancakes
- 130 g flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 180 ml water
- 60 ml maple syrup
- 80 g choc chips (dairy-free!)
- vegetable oil / for greasing
- powdered cane sugar / for serving
I served these with fresh raspberries, whipped mint coconut cream and a generous drizzle of maple syrup. Score!
