Rainbow Smoothie Series: ‘Blue’ Smoothie

Now, we all know that there are not many naturally blue foods on this planet. Actually, blueberries are the closest we can get to a blue food, but they have this white/yellow/purple kind of color on the inside, so they are not actually that blue. Blue, however, is a color in the rainbow and I promised you a smoothie of every colour in the rainbow, so I’ll stick to my word and do as well as I can. As we all know, the good things come when you least expect it and this smoothie is no exception; it’s the best smoothie I’ve ever had in my life, and if I can get over the fact that it’s not blue, so can you. I’m just gonna have to ask you to deal with that.
