5 Health Benefits of Pineapples

The Yellow Smoothie
- 1 small pineapple
- 1 mango
- 1 white peach
- a pinch of vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds (optional)
- 1 dl water
Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend for about a minute or until smooth. I recommend adding the water a bit at a time so you can control the thickness. Some like it thick, some like it thin. I personally like it right in the middle.
Serve as it is or garnish with a slice of pineapple, a sprinkle of coconut flakes, sunflower seeds, some chopped pistachios, dairy-free chocolate chips and a straw. Enjoy!
